Shared views

If you create a shared CPD view, the records that match the filters you selected may be visible to anyone who has the link.

Shared links are designed to help you present your CPD profile to employers, clients or other relevant parties. If you later add more records that match the same filters, those records may automatically appear in that live shared view.

You are responsible for choosing what to share and who you share those links with.

Subscriptions and purchases

MyCPD offers free and premium features. If you purchase a subscription through Apple, we receive subscription status information required to activate and manage premium access. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Feedback and support requests

If you choose to submit a bug report, feature suggestion or support request, we may collect the information you provide in that form, including your subject, message and, if you choose, your email address.

If you submit feedback anonymously, we will not use your email to contact you about that request.

How your information is stored

Your data is stored using third-party infrastructure providers that support the operation of the MyCPD service, including secure authentication, database storage and file storage services.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account remains active, or as long as needed to provide the service to you.

If you delete your account, your account and linked app data are removed from the service, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security or operational reasons.

Children’s privacy

MyCPD is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
